Events With Minors on Campus
博彩平台推荐 has established a centralized database to track programs and activities serving minors held on and off campus. Program Administrators are asked to answer basic questions about their program or activity and provide 24-hour contact information. Registration also requires certification of compliance with 博彩平台推荐 PL 7004, Protection of Minors on Campus and associated procedures. All programs and activities must be registered, whether University-sponsored or hosted by third parties in University facilities.

All individuals, paid or unpaid, who are authorized by 博彩平台推荐 officials to have direct contact with minors, including supervision of minors are considered Assigned Adults.
Effective May 1, 2024 all Assigned Adults are required to complete the Pro Solutions Mandated Reporters: Critical Links in Protecting Children in Georgia Training Course each fiscal year before they begin working with minors in programs sponsored by 博彩平台推荐 and/or hosted on 博彩平台推荐 campuses and properties.
Third party sponsored events hosted on 博彩平台推荐 campuses and properties can also utilize this training for their employee and/or volunteers who are Assigned Adults.
All Assigned Adults must provide a copy of the Certificate of Completion to 博彩平台推荐 Continuing Education-Continue West.
The University is committed to the safety and well-being of minors. Authorized staff and volunteers should be positive role models and treat others with respect, courtesy and dignity. Authorized staff and volunteers must abide by all USG policies and state and federal law and complete the 博彩平台推荐 Staff/Faculty/Volunteer Code of Conduct Form.
All minor program/activity participants and their parent/guardian should complete this Minors in Sponsored Programs Participant Waiver. This form contains the following authorizations:

The Meaningful Living and Learning in a Digital World Conference will be held at The Brice Hotel, in Savannah, Georgia on February 9-12, 2025.
You are invited to engage in our third-annual meeting which explores one of the most important issues of our era - how to live and learn with technology in ways that add authentic value to our lives and to the world.
